Elisabetta Fulli, consultant, coach specialized in psycho-social analysis and an expert in leadership, teambuilding, change management as well as interpersonal relationships.
For over 10 years, she has been in charge of the development of managers and their teams both in the capacity of individuals and groups as a whole, contributing to their professional and personal empowerment, enabling them to develop their skills and obtain new competencies.
Recently, she has been involved in change management projects, helping organizations adapt to the turbulence in the markets through developing the skills and competencies of the individuals to the new environments.
She designs and carries out organizational projects of internal communication and marketing, projects focusing on internal and external customer relationship as well as projects involving improvement of processes and key factors of excellence.
She has a degree in cultural anthropology and a master’s in psycho-socio analytical counseling. She has worked for 5 years in a multinational company and has since 1992 been involved in consulting and training.
