 Lorella Moro develops a complete and deep vision of complex organization’s contexts, manages and carries out HR development and change management projects in Italy where she lives and on an international level.

In the year 2000, Lorella founded the first Italian school of coaching certified by the International Coach Federation.
As a senior consultant, she is mainly active in coaching, management training, leadership development, people development and team building.
With a Master degree in Sociology, one in HR and one in Organizational Counseling and Development in Italy, she is also a certified Master Coach by the International Coach Federation.
